About Us
With a collective 35 years of experience, we respect the traditions of our profession but aren’t bound by outdated ways of doing business. Working with your attorney should feel like working with a trusted partner, and that’s the type of experience we strive to provide our clients with. We keep things straightforward and meet our clients where they are (whether that’s in the office or over a quick text) because we’re committed to being accessible and investing in your success.
Chris has over 20 years of trusted experience managing billions in commercial transactions and is licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. Prior to pursuing his legal education, he worked in the printing and flexible packaging industries, where he specialized in graphical pre-press, systems development, and Six Sigma quality management and control.
Education
- BS in Graphic Communications & Business, Clemson University
- MBA, Loyola University New Orleans
- J.D., University of South Carolina School of Law
Outside the Office
Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the Great Outdoors. You will often find him on the water or in the woods (if you can see him) pursuing all manner of fish and game, while also enjoying the beauty and serenity of nature and fellowship with family and friends.
Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina, Joey brings over a decade of experience to his commercial real estate practice. He provides clients with attentive, results-driven representation, guiding them through the negotiation and review of purchase, sale, and lease agreements, title abstract review, title insurance commitments, and the handling of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing table. Known for his responsiveness and straightforward counsel, he takes the time to understand each client’s goals and works to protect their interests at every stage of a deal.
Education
- BS from Presbyterian College
- JD from Charleston School of Law
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Joey trades contracts for waders and shotgun shells — chasing trout on the fly and ducks at first light whenever his schedule allows. Most weekends, though, you'll find him at home by his wife and two daughters.
Jordan has experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, and takes a straightforward, approachable style to working with clients. She is licensed in both South Carolina and Tennessee.
Education
- BA in Political Science and Dance, The University of Alabama
- J.D., University of Tennessee College of Law
Outside the Office
When Jordan is not working, you can find her with her friends and family, spending time with her golden retriever, Tater, and cheering on the Crimson Tide. Roll Tide!
Who We Are
- A trustworthy advocate. Trust isn’t given, it’s earned. We invest in lasting relationships with our clients so they always feel confident we have their best interests at heart.
- Highly efficient and time-conscious. We value your time as much as our own. That means no charging per email or unnecessary lengthy meetings, just practical solutions.
- Flexible. Every client works differently, and we’re built to meet you where you are. Quick to adapt and go with the flow, we’ll find the approach that works best for you.
- Evolving. We embrace technology to make legal services more convenient for you. We too want to enjoy life outside of the office (preferably on a boat) and are just as comfortable closing a deal remotely as we are in the office.
Who We Aren't
- A traditional 9-5 office. Need to text instead of call? Can’t come to our office to close? Working from your beach house? We make it easy to get business done, wherever that business needs to take place.
- Stuffy and dated. You won’t find any clashing egos over here. Our entire team is approachable, hands-on, and willing to do the work to get the job done right.
Let's Get the Job Done.
Drop us a line and we can get to work.
